Did you know you have the option to get your documents notarized online? Hyroad Notaries staff are certified and licensed to conduct Online Notarizations of any authorized documents.
Our online service charges are as follows:
$25.00 for first notarial act and $6.00 for each additional notary act
ALL NOTARIZATIONS REQUIRE PROPER IDENTIFICATION.
To have your signature notarized you must provide one of the following:

- Valid Driver’s License (U.S., Canadian or Mexican)
- Valid State Identification Card
- U.S. Passport
- Foreign Passport (Stamped by USCIS)
- U.S. Military ID Card
- Inmate ID Card
All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number. ID must be current, or have been issued within the last 5 years. The name on the ID MUST match exactly as the name on the document.

WE CANNOT NOTARIZE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS OR CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Incomplete documents
- Birth, Marriage or Death Affidavits
- Jurats signed outside of our presence
- Wills
- Documents of an incoherent signer
- Documents for someone that cannot communicate in English
